“Kieley & McDermott, Covington contractors, have been awarded the contract for erecting the new Villa Madonna Academy, near Bromley, Ky.  The new academy will overlook Cincinnati, Covington and Newport, and will cost between $80,000 and $100,000.  It will be conducted by the Sisters of the order of St. Bernard.”from the Kentucky Irish American, December 2, 1905
