The slave owner, Mr. J. Deinkard, lived in Kenton County. He appears in the 1830 census in Campbell, and in the 1840 in Kenton. Note that all of what is now Kenton was a part of Campbell in 1830, so very likely Deinkard didn't move, the county did.
