Wants His Luly Bell

Petersburg, Ky., May 5. - A maniac with long hair and beard unkempt and savage is terrorizing country people near here. While Mrs. John Brock and daughter were gathering greens, the man emerged from a cave with a long knife and chased the two women half a mile, yelling: "Whoo-ee I cut'em up, I cut'em up! They stole my Luly Bell, Luly Bell." The man was chased by a posse and lost in the creek bottoms
