R. H. Cox, who is one of the best known of the young businessmen in Dayton, was born in Kenton county, Ky., the son of Judge W. H. Cox, also of Dayton. Mr. Cox is twenty-eight years old. After passing the public schools, he graduated in a two years course in the Normal College, and passed examination on pharmacy in Cincinnati. In 1896 he became proprietor of the drug store, corner of Sixth and Dayton avenues, where he has established a steadily growing business. The stand has long been known as a drug store, and its old time prosperity is returning under Mr. Cox's direction. He is a skillful pharmacist, scrupulously careful in business and very popular. |
