Vista View

Vista View, the largest residential development in Campbell County is gradually taking shape.  To comprise approximately 200 one-family homes, the $3.5 million project is located off Newman Avenue, which is off Highland Avenue, Fort Thomas.  The builders are Fehler & Feinauer Construction Co., Inc.  In a price range of from $18,000 to $30,000, the homes have two and three bedrooms.  Many different floor plans are offered, in both one-floor and 1.5 story homes.  All homes are of brick construction and have either redwood or stone trim.  Features include awning type windows, either colored or birch cabinet kitchens, hardwood floors, poured concrete foundations, and ample closet space.  So far, 17 homes have been started with several nearing completion.  The development is located on the Klaine Estate property, and is approximately 2.5 miles from downtown Cincinnati.  The construction company, headed by Byron G. Fehler, president, and Adam V. Feinauer, vice president, has completed more than 250 homes in the Northern Kentucky area in the last three years.  Homes will be open today and during the week for public inspection.  Charles Edmonds is handling sales for the builders.
