from an 1804 edition of Zadok Cramer's The Navigator, (Wikipedia), a best selling book of the early 19th century, and written to help emigrants find their way west of the Alleghenies. Was Port William earlier called Williamsport? Did Cramer just screw up the name? Who knows . . .
