Peachy evidently sold the tract to Benjamin Craig, who ran this ad five years later, in the Kentucky Gazette of May 17, 1794 (now spelling Kentucky with a 'y.'):
In the Gazette of September 27, 1794: (the signatures on un-torn samples of the paper show it to be signed by Benjamin Craig, and also James Hawkins:
It's a month later, and there are still 100 lots for sale. From the Kentucky Gazette of October 11, 1794, but there's a new addition to those selling lots:
The next ad is from the following spring, Kentucky Gazette of February 14, 1795, we're down to 60 lots, and Montague is out.
