Grand Rapids, Mich., November 17.-After being out twenty-six hours, the Superior Court jury in the trial of Louis T. Schueman, of Carrollton, Ky., charged with attempted murder, was unable to agree and was disengaged by Judge William J. Stuart.

Schueman will be compelled to face another trial.  He is charged with having shot Miss Elizabeth Morse, daughter of the Lyons, Mich., postmaster here, on the night of June 17 last, while he was attending the furniture exposition.

His proposal of marriage was rejected by Miss Moore when she discovered that he was a married man whose family lived in Carrollton.
