Must Talk American

Warsaw, Ky., Aug 17 - There is one rule in Warsaw which is never trespassed.  It was made for the benefit of visitors and is posted on a prominent corner of the court-house in big, black letters.  It is as follows:

“No German language talked in this town.  If you can't talk United States don't talk at all.”
