Pleasant View, Elliston Station, organized 1875.  Named because it overlooks Ellison.

Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist, established 1832

St. William’s, organized March 19, 1870.  Originally held services at “Blanchert,” at St. Joseph’s, or at the court house

Presbyterian South, at Crittenden on Violette Road, established 1843.

Crittenden Christian (Colored), Violette Road, organized 1878

St. Joseph organized March 19, 1870 on “the old [see photo] Homestead donated to the church by Mr. L. Le??? Bouscaren in 1871.”  Building consecrated Sept 21, 1872

Corinth Christian, organized in 1874.  Originally used a joint worship church known a Ray’s Fork Church, shared with Baptists and Methodists.  Moved to own building in 1903.

Layton’s Chapel, Cordova, organized in 1809.  Met in Wm. Layton’s home until a log structure was built in 1850, rebuilt and dedicated in 1900

Lystria Christian Church, organized in 1888 on Rt. #2 Corinth, met in homes

M. E. Church (South) Colored), New Columbus Street in Corinth, organized 1871, burned in 1894  defunct.

Williamston Primitive Baptist, Falmouth Street, went defunct in 1905, to be replaced in the same building by the Pilgrim’s Holiness Church in 1910

M. E. Church South, in Williamstown, on Cynthiana Street, Colored, organized in 1877

Williamstown Presbyterian Church, organized in 1845.  Building Dedicated May 31, 1886  see photo

Whites Chapel, Holbrook, Methodist, organized in 1875, building rom 1879, rebuilt in 1901

Wesley Chapel, near Folsom, organized 1880  M. E. South

First Colored Baptist, Dry Ridge, organized in 1914, used to be an old school house

Dry ridge primitive Baptist, organized 1817, rebuilt in 1901

Sherman Missionary Baptist, organized in 1888, used a plain structure until 1915 when they added a cupola and gothic windows.

Pilgrim’s Holiness in Flingsvile, built in 1911, they previously met in an old school house.

Crittenden Missionary Baptist organized January 29, 1850.

Elizabeth Christian Church in Stringtown (rural route Corinth) organized in 1849, met in houses until frame structure built in 1860, rebuilt in 1904

Mt. Olivet Christian, near Leestown organized in 1870
