Allegra Schawe-Lane tells us the building facade has changed over the years. The Greek Revival pediment and frieze saying FIRE CO. NO.7 and some other limestone pieces are in storage. At 21st and Howell, but note Russell street was Howell street at the time of the photo. Before, it was a fire department it was City Hall for Central Covington and it's practically the only historical city building Covington has left.
