March 15th, 1790.  Surveyed for Armistead Churchill 11,415 acres of Land, by virtue of part of an Entry for 24,000 acres made the 29th of December 1783; on part of a Treasury Warrant No. 20,332, situate lying and being in the County of Mason on the waters of Ohio and Licking, and bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning at a Walnut and Sugartree corner 11,415 acre survey made for Armistead Churchill by virtue of the aforesaid 24,000 acres; running N60°W 180 poles [a pole is about 16.5 feet], crossed a branch, continued 600 poles, crossed another branch same course continued in all 960 poles to a Sugartree and two Hickories; thence S30°W 1500 poles (at 380 poles crossed a branch) to a Sugartree and Beech standing of the bank of the Licking, thence up  the Licking, thence up Licking as it meanders; S41E 140 po: S30E200 po: S5W 52po:S47E 120 po: S3E 115 poles  to two Sugartrees and a Buckeye on the bank of Licking; thence   S60E 360 poles to a Hickory & and Sugartree.  Thence N27E 2030 poles to the beginning.

1783 December the 29th. Armistead Churchill entered 24,000 acres of land on a Treasury Warrant No. 20332 Beginning at the main southwardly corner of an entry made in the name of William Kennedy for  [illeg] acres lying on the Ohio near the lower end of the second large bottom above the mouth of the Little Miami; thence from the above mentioned corner of the said S 30 W 2000 poles, thence from each end of this line at right angles westwardly so far that a line drawn parallel to the line of 2000 poles shall include the quantity.
