All Manner of Outrages
A gentleman arrived at Covington, Ky., on the 8th inst., from Pendleton county,in order to keep out of the way of the rebels. He states that the rebel sympathizers, anticipating the speedy arrival of the rebel army, are committing all manner of outrages. The Union men are arrested whenever found, and immediately disarmed.
