The man on the far left is Wayne Rice.  School Superintendent Earl Roberts is the man in the hat, although we don't know who he's speaking with;  Joe and Delores Sargeant are between them.  People to Mr. Roberts left - your right - are Scott Jack (towards the rear).  Among the those sitting are Janice Cook Ryan and Hazel and Grant Thorp.  Cherie Mosely's in the sailor dress, and Haredy Robinson standing in doorway.

They're standing in front of the Brakefield Drug Store.
