Limaburg School
The Limaburg and Anderson's Ferry Turnpike Road Company incorporated in 1890.
Limaburg was originally named Needmore. When they changed the name, they wanted to call the place Lima, but that name was taken by a place in Letcher County, so they added the -burg on the end. |
