1941-42 Walton Verona Basketball Team

This team was the last WVHS team to go to the state tournament.   There was discussion about whether or not this team was better than the 1930 team with one Frenchy DeMoisey.  The third team that can be put in the discussion is the 1981 team, which lost in 2 overtimes in the first game of the district tournament to eventual state champion Simon Kenton. And as of 2018-19, another team joins the discussion.
